Spark’s Qrious buys NOW consulting

Spark (ASX:SPK) owned subsidiary Qrious has finalised the acquisition of NOW Consulting, the New Zealand-based data consulting division of WhereScape Software.

Qrious is a high-performance data analytics technology platform, specialising in marketing, location insights, advanced analytics and data warehousing via a modular services approach.

They say the acquisition was a strategic move that would give it a unique data and analytics offering in the New Zealand market.

The move was first announced to the market on September 4th.

Shares in Spark (ASX:SPK) are trading 1.18 per cent higher at $4.30.
