SeaLink Travel Group (ASX:SLK) completes its fully underwritten institutional placement

SeaLink Travel Group (ASX:SLK) has successfully completed its fully underwritten institutional placement.

They've also completed the institutional component of the 1 for 4 pro rata accelerated nonrenounceable entitlement offer of new fully paid ordinary shares at an offer price of A$3.50 per new share.

Managing Director and CEO Jeff Ellison says we are pleased with the strong support shown by new and existing institutional shareholders for the equity raising and the acquisition of Transit Systems Group.

Shares in Sealink Travel Group (ASX:SLK) last traded at $3.91 on the 4th of October.
