New Chief Financial Officer to commence at Regis Healthcare (ASX:REG)

Regis Healthcare (ASX:REG) will have a new Chief Financial Officer by May 2020. The company has appointed Mr Rick Rostolis to the role.

Mr Rostolis has over 10 years’ experience in ASX listed companies as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer with his most recent role being Chief Financial Officer with Pro-Pac Packaging (ASX:PPG).

Pending Rick’s commencement with Regis, Group Financial Controller Andrew Grayson will continue in the role of acting Chief Financial Officer.

Shares in Regis Healthcare (ASX:REG) are trading 1.6 per cent lower at $2.94.
