Ingenia Communities Group set to raise $131.1 million to fund acquisitions

Ingenia Communities Group (ASX:INA) hopes to raise $131.1 million to fund acquisitions and accelerate growth.

The majority of the funds raised will be used to grow the Group’s lifestyle and holidays portfolio through the acquisition of six assets , including three established communities.

The identified acquisitions have a total purchase price of approximately $102.7 million.

Shares in Ingenia Communities Group (ASX:INA) last traded at $4.05.
