Corporate Travel Management’s (ASX:CTD) Jamie Pherous disposes 1.5 million shares

 

Corporate Travel Management (ASX:CTD) advises that Jamie Pherous has disposed of 1.5 million of their shares.

Following the disposal, Jamie Pherous will still remain the Company’s largest shareholder with approximately 14.1 per cent of shares on issue.

She sold the shares at $21 a share.

Shares in Corporate Travel Management (ASX:CTD) are trading 6.1 per cent lower at $20.89.
