Brickworks Limited (ASX:BKW) appoints new independent non-executive director

Brickworks Limited (ASX:BKW) has appointed Robyn Stubbs as an independent non-executive director to the Brickworks Board. Ms Stubbs will commence her role from 1 January 2020.

Robyn is currently a non-executive director of Aventus Group (ASX:AVN) with her executive career spanning 25 years in senior sales and marketing roles in the media and property sectors, most recently as General Manager of Stockland for 8 years.

Ms Stubbs will serve as a member of the Board’s Independent Board Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

Shares in Brickworks Limited (ASX:BKW) are trading 0.11 per cent higher at $18.26
