Bravura Solutions see NPAT rise up 21%

Bravura Solutions (ASX:BVS) today announced its full-year results for the period ended 30 June 2019, showing group FY19 NPAT increased 21 per cent to $32.8 million from $27.0 million in FY18.

Group FY19 revenue increased 16 per cent to $257.7 million from last year’s $221.5 million.

Group FY19 EBITDA increased 27 per cent to $49.1 million.

Meanwhile, the company are set to acquire Midwinter – a cloud based SaaS provider, for $50 million.

Shares in Bravura Solutions (ASX:BVS) are trading 8.53 per cent lower at $4.29.
