Air New Zealand (ASX:AIZ) has postponed the deadline for its equity raising by 3 months to June 30.
The Kiwi flag carrier has justified this delay with difficulties as a result of COVID-19. The company will be able to source liquidity from the increased Crown loan facility by $533 million to facilitate the timeline change.
