20 Dec 2019 - The Australian share market looks set to open lower following mixed headwinds from overseas markets. The United States’ 3 main benchmarks hit record highs overnight on the back of comments from the US Treasury Secretary that a US-China trade deal would be signed in early January. Lendlease Group (ASX:LLC) has sold its troubled engineering business to Acciona Infrastructure Asia Pacific.

Aus shares give up gains after better-than-expected jobs numbers decrease Feb rate cut chances: Aus shares up 0.1%

19 Dec 2019 - Australian shares have given up gains made in early trade after stronger-than-expected jobs data has reduced the chances of the Reserve Bank cutting rates in February. Photo sharing company Tinybeans (ASX:TNY) has capped off its biggest year yet doubling its advertising revenue to around $3.5 million.
