To run the Bourse Tools you need to be running of Bourse Analyser.

Ensure you are running the Bourse Analyser application; you will have needed to run the software from the icon on the desktop.

If you are getting an error page when trying to access the Bourse Tools within the Bourse Analyser software, it is most likely because you logged in via the Sequoia Direct website.

Tip: look for Bourse Analyser in your Windows Start menu, or for the Bourse Analyser icon on your desktop.
