If you need to undertake a one-off transaction, we understand and can help
We specialise in completing one off share sales for Australian investors. Sometimes you may need to sell shares urgently or you have a parcel of shares obtained through a deceased estate, share float allocation (IPO) or an employee share scheme that you are wanting to offload. We make selling shares really simple for people who just want to sell their shares and don’t want a share trading account.
This is particularly useful for those that would just like to sell their shares with minimal fuss and move on.
Our deceased estates service is for executors and their advisers (solicitors and accountants) who need to sell share portfolios of a deceased estate.
To sell Deceased Estate Shares, locate the Security Reference Number (SRN) for your shareholding(s) & complete our One Off Application Form. For Deceased Estates we also require a certified copy of either letter of probate OR the valid will, death certificate and small estate indemnity form. We accept scan/email copies.
If you would like to sell inherited shares, our service is tailor made for you. To sell inherited shares, locate the Security Reference Number (SRN) for your shareholding(s) complete our One Off Application Form.
If you’re unsure whether your shares are Issuer Sponsored, you can quickly identify which type of shares you hold by looking at your holding statement for your shares.
If the letter ‘X’ appears at the start of the SRN, your shares are broker sponsored. If the letter ‘I’ appears at the start of the SRN, your shares are issuer sponsored, and therefore are eligible for sale through Trader Dealer’s One-Off Transaction facility.
