Sell IPO Shares
If you have shares that you either purchased or were granted through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and would like to sell these without having a permanent trading account we can do this for you.
To sell shares acquired through an IPO, locate the Security Reference Number (SRN) for your shareholding(s) complete our One Off Application Form.

Deceased Estate Shares
Our deceased estates service is for executors and their advisers (solicitors and accountants) who need to sell share portfolios of a deceased estate.
To sell Deceased Estate Shares, locate the Security Reference Number (SRN) for your shareholding(s) & complete our One Off Application Form. For Deceased Estates we also require a certified copy of either letter of probate OR the valid will, death certificate and small estate indemnity form. We accept scan/email copies.
Sell Inherited Shares
If you would like to sell inherited shares, our service is tailor made for you. To sell inherited shares, locate the Security Reference Number (SRN) for your shareholding(s) complete our One Off Application Form.
Security Reference Number (SRN)
If you’re unsure whether your shares are Issuer Sponsored, you can quickly identify which type of shares you hold by looking at your holding statement for your shares.
If the letter ‘X’ appears at the start of the SRN, your shares are broker sponsored. If the letter ‘I’ appears at the start of the SRN, your shares are issuer sponsored, and therefore are eligible for sale through Trader Dealer’s One-Off Transaction facility.
Please note that the ONE-OFF Trade Agreement Form must be completed in full and signed by the registered shareholder/s. Ensure that the Shareholder Reference Number (SRN) is included.
Post or email the completed form to us together with 100 points of identification. Please note that a list of valid identification types is included in the form. Your identification does not need to be certified by an authorised person and please do not send original identification documents.
